A softer place
to land ✧
You can take today as it comes. One small check-in is enough.
Your space
A MOMENT FOR YOURSELF
Daily check-in
Answer what feels useful. Everything is optional.
YOUR OWN PACE
Looking back
Small observations over time, without labels or conclusions.
Recent days
Blank days stay blank. This chart is for reflection, not diagnosis.
Previous check-ins
A readable summary isn't encrypted. Only share it with people you choose.
WHEN YOU NEED A MOMENT
Your support space
You don't have to solve everything right now.
Here, in this moment
Place your feet on the floor if comfortable. Notice something you can see. Then find one physical detail you can feel, like the chair supporting you.
Thoughts and sensations can feel powerful. You can focus on what's directly around you and seek support when you need it.
When extra support is needed
For immediate danger in Norway, call 113. For urgent medical help that cannot wait, call legevakt at 116 117.
YOU ARE IN CONTROL
Privacy & backups
A few simple ways to keep your notes yours.
Stored on this device
Your check-ins and support plan stay in this browser's local IndexedDB storage. There is no account, analytics, or automatic upload.
Important: locally stored data is not protected by an app password or encrypted separately. Someone with access to your unlocked device/browser profile may be able to read it.
Clearing browser/site data, switching browsers, or uninstalling can erase your records. Make backups.
Encrypted backup
Download an encrypted copy of every check-in and your support plan. You'll choose a password; it is never uploaded or saved here.
Restore a backup
Restore replaces all existing check-ins and your saved support plan on this device. Create a backup first.
No file selected
Erase my local records
Permanently removes all check-ins and your saved support plan from this browser. This cannot be undone without a backup.
About this companion
Version 1.0 • Works offline after the first successful visit on HTTPS. It can help organize observations, but it cannot diagnose episodes, provide monitoring, or replace your treatment team.
If the host address changes, your data won't move automatically. Export a backup before changing to a new address.
